The Chophouse is perfect setting for Holiday Parties, Private Functions, Corporate Dinners or just for an intimate dinner. The Chophouse features, Prime Cuts or Steaks and Chops, the areas FRESHEST Seafood (flown in direct), Pastas, Fine Wines and Spirits.

THE FOUR SEASON PATIO is the perfect dining area to have the outside feel, without the elements.

It is open to the public, for private Dinner Parties, Baby Showers, Graduation Parties, and Christmas Parties. Occupancy for dinner is a max of 125. It can be divided into two spaces during certain times of the year.

My husband and I went to the Vardon Chophouse for a dinner date. And below is a complete rave!
The meal was phenomenal. Hands down the BEST (no exaggeration) meal we have had since moving to North Dakota almost ten years ago. Seriously, the BEST!

We were given a pickled raw veggie Cruté to share, it was fresh and light which was wonderful in place of the normal crusty bread.

I started with the French Onion Soup. I have had this soup all over the world and this was better than any I have ever enjoyed. I wanted to drink every last drop of the broth when I hit the bottom of the bowl.

Mitch ordered the fried calamari. He raved. He said the batter was perfect and crunchy. Not greasy and the calamari was not rubbery as if it had been frozen prior. He polished his appetizer, with ease including the marinara dipping sauce which tasted homemade.

A pair of perfectly cooked NY Strip Steaks adorned our plates paired with bacon-wrapped asparagus and cubed sweet and russett potatoes. Mmmm, 😋 I have lunch for tomorrow.

The end of our culinary symphony was a warmed giant brownie topped with toffee pieces, served with NY vanilla …the perfect ending to our evening.

“Valentines celebration with 40 other couples at The Vardon last night. We have been going to the couples meals that the Vardon has been doing since November and have taken part in 4 of their 8 fantastic dinners.

Last night was the end of season 2 and it was another fantastic 4 course meal paired with the right wine/champagne/beer or spirits for each course.

We missed their Mexican dinner this season, they served flights of Don Julio with one course and I LOVE tequila so I was sorry we didn’t get to that one.

Ray and Jennifer Cook and their team are absolutely brilliant!!!!! I highly suggest you check out these dinners next season (starting November 2022) and reserve your spot immediately as they always sell out. It was a perfect Valentines Day, great food and drink and amazing company.

So much Fun!!! Oh and their main course tonight was a 38 oz tomahawk ribeye steak for two with candied brussel sprouts and smoked macaroni and cheese was a “show stopper” as they say.
