Course 2 – USDA PRIME Tenderloin with Peppered Arugula Salad, with Red Onions, Drizzled with Balsamic and Oyster Mushroom Reduction. With Fresh Shaved Parmigiana Reggiano with a Cheese Bread that has to be seen to be believed.
