re-opens to the Pubic on Thursday April 2nd at 11 am
Our 2026 menu is packed with Vardon Favorites, Classics, and Signature Dishes. The new menu also has 17 new items for the summer, with a fresh line up of daily / weekly specials to accompany the menu.
We continue to be the market leader in offering 34 naturally gluten free and another 16 that be made GF with one of our alternative bread options.

Fresh Connecticut and Long Island Sound Blue Points, and West Coast Kumamoto Oysters offered simply grilled, Chophouse Mornay, Rockefeller or raw in the half shell $ 3.50 per Oyster.
Not an OYSTER lover, no problem - We will be grilling our custom blend burgers as well $ 7.50
The lights will be on, firepits lit, cigars puffing, slushies flowing, and people just having a good time.
