2nd Course - Saffron Risotto finished table side and drizzled with White Truffle Oil, Fresh Peas, Served with a DOCG Trebbiano. (light, crisp, lemon, pear white wine)

3rd Course - Braised Osso Buco with Tomato Ragu, Creamy Polenta and Roasted Broccolini, Served with Il Poggione Brunello Di Montalcino ( 100 % Oldest Vine Sangiovese Grape - French Oak Barrel and Bottle Aged.
