1st Course - Fresh Ceviche with a crispy Barbacoa Taquito and paired a traditional Michelada.

2nd Course - Shrimp Taco Trio (grilled prawns, slow roasted carnitas, and grilled chicken with fresh vegetable and herb salad served with a Tequila flight from Don Julio.

3rd Course - “ Manny’s Familia hand rolled Pork Tamale” and Steves Enchilada Plate (cheese and adobe chicken) with traditional red and green sauces with cilantro and lime infused rice. Paired with our Signature VardoRita !!

Dessert - House-made Tres Leche Cake from our traveling pastry team !!
